WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We will exchange or refund any faulty products (we will require the product/ packaging to be returned so we can forward to the supplier). Due to trading standards, we are unfortunately unable to exchange food if your dog doesn't like it
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
There is no minimum order when placing an online order; however, there is a delivery charge.
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

I ALREADY FEED MY DOG STEAKS AND CHICKEN FILLETS, IS THIS RAW FEEDING?
A dog requires variety in order to get the different nutrients it needs and the right balance of these in their diets, this variety includes muscle meats as well as offal. Steaks and chicken breasts are only muscle meat and so a dog on just this diet would be lacking the bone and the offal. A dog should also have a minimum of 5 different proteins on average a week to get this variety (there are some exceptions where dogs have severe allergies/ medical conditions), feeding chicken and beef would only give them two and again there would be no variation for the dog in terms of the different cuts of meat. We offer pre-packed food, which includes the right balance of muscle meat, offal, and bone that a dog needs as the base of a simple raw diet. Often supermarket bought meat have added salts and too much salt could be lethal to a dog and the shop food has probably not had a deep freeze (which kills parasites that we would normally do before we eat it during the cooking process). All our human grade dog meats are deep frozen and are kept at -21 degrees before selling.
